Our most important job at Southland Utility Services, Inc. is assuring the day to day safety of our most important asset, our employees. Over 90% of Southland's employees are CPR, First Aid, and AED Certified. Southland shuts its entire operation down each year for a safety training day, which reinforces our safety policies with hands-on training for all employees and keeps Southland compliant with all federal, state, and local laws/codes. We also have a six person safety committee that meets monthly to address any issues that may have occurred during the previous month.
